1. SUBJECT
This Preliminary Information Form (“Form”) covers the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the sale and delivery of the product(s) listed below, as per:

4.7 The Agreement becomes effective once the Buyer confirms it electronically.
4.8 Information is provided in accordance with communication principles and protection for minors and those with limited legal capacity.
5. OTHER TERMS
By confirming the order, the Buyer agrees that:

They have received all necessary product and service information.

They are aware of total costs and payment/delivery terms.

They accept that tickets for specific dates/events are non-refundable, as per Article 15(g) of the Distance Contracts Regulation.
6. DISPUTE RESOLUTION
Consumers may apply to consumer arbitration boards or courts within the limits set by the Ministry of Trade. The applicable jurisdiction includes the buyer’s or seller’s place of residence.

Buyer is responsible for providing accurate information and is limited to purchasing a maximum of 10 tickets per day with the same credit card. Orders breaching limits may be canceled.
Article 4 – Agreement Date & Force Majeure
Effective as of the order date. In events beyond control (natural disaster, war, legal change, strike, etc.), obligations are suspended. If such event continues for 30 days, either party may cancel the contract.
Article 5 – Seller’s Rights & Obligations

Must fulfill obligations unless prevented by force majeure.

Cannot sell to individuals under 18 unless represented by a guardian.

Not liable for pricing errors caused by system glitches.
-
Payment must be confirmed before fulfillment. No cash-on-delivery or bank transfer accepted.

If a product is out of stock, the Seller may cancel and refund within 14 days.
Article 6 – Buyer’s Rights & Obligations

Must fulfill obligations unless force majeure applies.

Accepts this agreement and agrees to pay accordingly.

Acknowledges receiving all necessary product, service, and usage instructions.

Must comply with facility rules during visits.
Article 7 – Order / Payment Procedure

Orders are confirmed only after payment authorization.

Issues are communicated using contact information provided.
-
Payment is made online via credit card; confirmation date is the effective payment date.
Article 8 – Delivery

Tickets are delivered electronically via QR code, SMS or email.
-
Can also be collected at venue counters with valid ID and payment card.
-
Tickets are valid for 30 days from payment date.
Article 9 – Return Policy
-
Event tickets are non-refundable and non-cancellable, per Article 15(g).
-
Changes may only occur if both parties agree.
-
Lost, damaged, or destroyed tickets are not reissued.
-
Refunds are only possible if the event date changes and the Buyer cannot attend. Tickets must be physically returned to receive a refund.
Article 10 – Privacy

Buyer data will not be shared unless legally required.
-
Credit card information is not stored.
-
Personal contact info may be used for service communications or, upon consent, for promotional messages.
Article 11 – Governing Law & Jurisdiction
-
Turkish Law applies.
-
Disputes are handled by Consumer Arbitration Boards and Consumer Courts as per the law.
-
Istanbul (Anadolu) courts have jurisdiction.
By confirming the order, the Buyer is deemed to have accepted the terms of this Agreement and the Preliminary Information Form.
